About Kristine

I’ve been in real estate for over 12 years, selling over 20 Million and currently manage over $6 Million in residential assets.  It’s a rare occurrence, when you can support your family by doing something you’re extremely passionate about; I am blessed that this is my profession.

My experiences began with great management companies including Sentinel, Price Brothers and Fogelman, where I started as a leasing agent and quickly became leasing and marketing manager.  Each company offered great experience and exposure to ever changing marketing conditions, advertising avenues and negotiations.  In 2002, I broke off to join Reece & Nichols and began A Beautiful Home KC.  We’ve grown to become Kristine & Company, Inc with 2 divisions; Sales which operates under Reece & Nichols and Management which is independently owned separate from Reece & Nichols operating under A Beautiful Home KC.

Craig and I have been married since 2004 and have 3 beautiful children Lilly, Liam and Lorin. In the rare chance I get to relax,  I love to be with my family and friends!   Craig has always had a passion for cooking and competes throughout the region in KCBS BBQ competitions with his team Moolicious Intentions.  In the fall you can find us at our second home, Arrowhead!  GO CHIEFS!

Other than real estate, and family, I have a deep passion for Adoption Awareness; I’m a huge supporter of Catholic Charities and do what I can to stay involved. A percentage of all income is donated to Holy Trinity Catholic Parish, Catholic Charities of NE Kansas and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
