A Beautiful Home KC takes pride in all of our homes, our owners and our tenants. Every home is professionally cleaned prior to possession, and is in acceptable mechanical and cosmetic condition. Our Application Requirements: All approved tenants must meet the following requirements: good credit, stable monthly income, good rental/ownership history, no violent criminal convictions and ABHKC does not lease to persons on the Sex Offender Registry.* $50 Application Fee for all applicants over 18, or $50 for Married Applicants **Co-signers are acceptable in certain circumstances.
